چکیده According to the International Union of Pure and applied Chemistry (IUPAC), a microporous and mesoporous materials are defined as some porous materials with pore diameters lower than 2 nm and between 2 and 50 nm, respectively [1, 2]. Various natural and synthetic porous materials such as MCM-41, SBA-15 and zeolite with high surface area, chemical inertness, high resistance and suitable channels have the ability of functionalization transition metal complexes. Functionalizing the metal complexes on porous materials created an easy separation of the solid antibacterial agent by simple filtration, and these materials can be reused multiple times without significant loss in activity, thereby decreasing cost [3]. The goal of this work was Synthesis of complex with copper on MCM-41 as a simple and low–cost substrate. Then the modified MCM-41 (MCM-41@Pr-py/Cu) characterized using FT-IR, XRD, SEM and EDAX techniques. Figure. 1 The FT-IR spectra of MCM-41 (a), MCM-41@Pr-py (b), MCM-41@Pr-py/Cu (c) (*: Cu-N ~ 700 Cm-1) The FT-IR spectra of MCM-41 and modified MCM-41 are shown in Fig.1. In all samples the related symmetric and asymmetric stretching vibration of Si-O-Si bonds are appeared about 800 and 1100 cm-1, respectively. After functionalization with amine a peak appeared about 2930-3450 cm-1 that attributed to N-H and C-H bonds. Also, with introducing copper to MCM-41@Pr-py/-Cu the peak at 1420 cm-1 related to C-N bond shifted to lower frequency and also appearing a peak about 700 cm-1 confirmed interaction between Cu-N. Then we considered catalytic activity of MCM-41@Pr-py/Cu in synthesis of 4H-chromenes. Results showed high yield and reusability of catalyst.
