چکیده Multi-layer graphene nanoribbons are one of the most probable successive materials for replacing Cu interconnects in very large scale integrated circuit. In this work the crosstalk induced noise and delay in MLGNR and Cu based interconnects are analytically calculated and compared. It is shown that MLGNR interconnects can outperform Cu ones in terms of crosstalk delay provided the surface of underlying substrate material is smooth enough.
