چکیده	Abstract The present analytic-descriptive research has taken the current issues concerning the law and law-legislation into consideration. To do this, the law in the life of the Holy Prophet and the Shiite’s Imams has been given central attention. Also, the effects of law and law-taking in Islam including the life and survival of the society has been dealt with. Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has shed light on various dimensions of this issue in his divine political will and testament. This article aims to investigate the reasons for law-aversion leading to the social problems in every society. Finally, a set of mechanisms has been recommended that if followed by law-makers and executives, it can bring about social order and prosperity.
