The present study was applied to compare and investigate the relationship between tendency toward E-learning, entrepreneurial behavior and academic achievement of postgraduate students in faculty of humanities of Arak University. The target population comprised all the female and male MA and PhD students of the faculty of humanities (315) which studying in the first semester 2014-2015 academic year. From the population, 158 participants were randomly selected based on the Kerjcie-Morgan table as sample of the study. To measure the tendency towards E-learning, a questionnaire which developed and used based on the model suggested by Elahi, Kanani and Shayan (2011). To measure entrepreneurial behavior, the questionnaire developed by Shafi-Abadi and Fekri (2011) was used, and finally the grade point average of the participants in the courses was considered as a criterion for academic achievement. To analyze the data Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used. In addition, to compare the male and female groups an independent t-test was employed. The results indicated that there was no significant correlation between tendency toward E-learning and entrepreneurial behavior. The comparison of female and male participants also revealed there was significant difference in terms of entrepreneurial behavior between groups. However, no significance was found between the two groups regarding tendency toward E-learning and academic achievement.
