The purpose of this study was first to investigate whether there is any relationship between teachers' reflection and their burnout, and second to see if the components of reflection can predict teachers' burnout. In this regard, as many as 30 male and female EFL Iranian teachers with job experience between 10 to 20 years from different districts of Tehran were selected through convenience sampling to participate in this study to answer two questionnaires. The correlational analysis of the results and the regression were carried out through SPSS software package. The results of the data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between teachers' reflection and their burnout. Accordingly, it was concluded that teachers' feeling and emotions have great influence on their behavior and their teaching and reflective teaching is among the most important factors, which in its own right, has a great part in successful teaching and prevention of the destructive role of burnout. This study has implications for ELT teachers, ELT officials, teacher trainers, and schools principals.
