By utilizing an equivalent single conductor model, the performance of MWCNT bundle and MLGNR interconnects at global lengths is compared in terms of propagation delay and frequency stability. Results show that MLGNR interconnects can outperform MWCNT bundle counterpart (i.e. have shorter propagation delay) if properly doped and placed over enough smooth substrate surfaces. In terms of stability, MLGNR interconnects at global lengths are always more stable than their MWCNT bundle counterpart.
