Abstract

Nowadays, harmonics is one of the most important topics in the investigation of the power quality of electric networks. Harmonics are known as the most critical disturbance of power quality in the network. Nonlinear loads (based on switching sources), which nowadays play an undeniable role in electrical networks with the development of smart energy networks, expand network harmonics. Identifying the harmonic distortion of voltage and current as well as determining unbalanced voltage sources are one of the most important challenges in smart grid systems. Nowadays, the evaluation of power quality has become increasingly important and the main reason for this is the widespread use of nonlinear electronic tools as well as nonlinear and time-varying loads in smart grid equipment on the consumer side. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the harmonic disturbance factor and the contribution of these networks to this disturbance. In this paper, in the first place, the harmonic model of the loads (smart grids) is defined, and then the harmonic contribution of these loads and the grid at the common connection point of the load and the grid and through intelligent measurement of the current and voltage at the connection point of this type of loads and network will be determined.
