In this paper for given characteristic polynomial of a nonnegative matrix f(x) with trace zero of order 8 8 and 7 7, we nd some nonnegative matrix of order 7 7 and 6 6 with trace zero respectively that g(x) = f ′ (x) n are them characteristic polynomial.
