The main goal of this work is to use the unit lower triangular matrices for solving inverse eigenvalue problem of nonnegative matrices (NIEP) and present the easier method to solve this problem when in the given set of eigenvalues we have the number of positive eigenvalues less than of the number of negative eigenvalues.
