Abstract

Brilliant green (BG) dye used for various Goals, e.g. biological stain, dermatological agent, veterinary medicine and as well as additive to inhibit propagation of mold, intestinal parasites and fungus. However, in humans BG causes discomfort to the gastrointestinal effect; Signboards include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In these methods, the utilised sorbents were produced by the adsorption of ionic surfactants such as (SDS) or (CTAB) on the surface of mineral oxide. Response surface methodology is a set of statistical and mathematical methods that are beneficial for designing experiments, building model, appraising the effects of factors and searching optimum condition of factors for desirable responses and is well known in assessing the effect of parameters on treatment results.
