چکیده	The aim of this paper is to introduce Codazzi-Cartan connections on Finsler spaces. These connections are generalizations of Cartan connections in the sense of substituting the Codazzi symmetry instead of parallelism in the vertical sub-bundle. The β-change is considered on Finslerian spaces and the induced structures on the indicatrix spaces will be investigated by using a natural diffeomorphism.
