In this paper, the controller design for uncertain stochastic chaotic systems with bounded uncertainties in the system parameters is investigated. The objective of this work is to suppress the chaotic oscillations in a noisy environment. To achieve this goal, a sliding mode control scheme has been proposed and the stability condition has been derived in the form of Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI). It is also shown that the sliding surface is reachable and the system trajectories will stochastically slide along the proposed surface towards zero. The effectiveness of the proposed design method is verified by simulation on some stochastic chaotic systems.
