چکیده

Abstract Synthesis of Ligand 4-chloro-2-(4-dimethylamino)benzylidene) amino)phenol and Produce Complex of this Ligand with Copper(II), Zinc(II), Nickel(II) and Cobalt(II) ions tow Valence in Different Solvent and Discuss About Spectral Properties of Complexes. Synthesis, spectral study and research about electrical properties of nine complexes with one nucleus of, Copper(II), Zinc(II), Nickel(II) and Cobalt(II). All nine compounds have the general formula: [Cu(L1)2(H2O)]، [Cu(L1)2(H2O)2]، [Cu(L1)2(H2O)]، [Ni(L1)2(H2O)] ،[Ni(L1)2(H2O)2]، [Ni(L1)2] ، [Co(L1)2(H2O)]، [Co(L1)2(H2O)2]، [Zn(L1)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 in which 4-chloro-2-(4-dimethylamino)benzylidene) amino)phenol as ligand. All complexes were Synthesized with one step reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), AAS spectroscopic methods, electronic spectra and by room temperature magnetic moments. Methanol and ethanol was used as solvent. The FT-IR spectra indicates M-N 500-670 cm-1 and M-O 400-580 cm-1. The UV-Vis spectra shows three absorption bands, which attributed to d-d transition, ligand in this complex charge transition and *π→π and *π→n transition of ligand in these complexes. The room temperature magnetic moment of the copper(II) and cobalt(II) complexes are 1.86-2.02 BM and 3.97-4.17 BM respectively. Electron spectral of free ligands in different solvent with different polarity are not like each other, because of color natures in these ligands. Also the study of behavior of receivers sensors L1 and L2 in front of cations Cr3+, Mn2+, Fe3+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Co3+, Pb2+, Al3+ and anions Fˉ, Clˉ, NO2ˉ, HSO4ˉ, ClO4ˉ, H2PO4ˉ, AcOˉ, CO3 2-, N3ˉ, SCNˉ, CNˉ in different solvent with UV-Vis was done and results showed these sensors are suitable for detection of cations Cu2+ and Fe3+ and also anion HSO4 -.
