Abstract

et G be a molecular graph. The eccentric connectivity index is defined as , where deg(u) denotes the degree of vertex u in G and is the largest distance between u and any other vertex v of G. In this paper the exact formulas for the eccentric connectivity index of V-phenylentic nanotube and nanotorus are given.
