In this paper, we investigate several properties of classical harmonic operators on a variable exponent weighted Morrey space and a variable exponent weighted fractional Sobolev-Morrey space. As an application, we obtain some results about the boundedness of pseudo-differential operators of non-zero order on variable exponent weighted fractional Sobolev-Morrey spaces.
