Abstract Introduction: Reduced muscle mass with aging is the decline in women. and due to the relevance of the muscular system and skeletal system this critical loss of muscle mass and strength associated with reduced bone density and strength. The researchers showed that training programs aimed at increasing muscle strength to prevent falls and fractures due to osteoporosis is essential. So, aim of this study the effect of combined exercise on neuromuscular activity and lower extremity muscle in Premenopausal women. Methodology: Pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental study with a control group. 20 Pre menopausal women 40 to 45 years in two group of 10 people; the combination training group (water and land) and the control group who were matched for age and body mass index participated in this study. Training group, 12-week physical activity for 70 minutes three times a week, each session being conducted. Neuromuscular activity of the muscles of the trunk and lower extremities subjects during maximal voluntary isometric contraction by EMG, was assessed before and after 12 weeks. The data were analyzed at a significance level 0.05. Results: After 12 weeks of combined training in MVIC lumbar ex tensor muscles, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, rectus femoris and anterior tibialis was observed that compared with the control group significantly increased lumbar extensor muscles, the rectus femoris gastrocnemius statistically significant they (P<0.05). Discussion: Practice in an environment that combines both water resistance as necessary to fit the needs of each individual on his body inflicted and in land, resistance movements increases neuromuscular activity of the muscles of the trunk and lower extremities.
