This study investigates the relationship between learning styles and the students’ performance in English course. This study is descriptive-survey research. The population contains students in Arak state university and Ashtiyan Islamic Azad University who had selected general English course in the first semester academic year 2013-2014. The sample includes 300 students obtained according to JerseyMorgan table out of population. Instruments used for obtaining data contain: a. Kolb’s learning style questionnaire (1985) and b. researcher-made English test. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient, Liner Regression, one-way Anova and independent T-test were used. The data results indicated that there are positive significant relations among convergent and accommodative learning style with the students’ performance in English course, whereas no relation was observed among divergent and assimilative learning styles and the students’ performance in English course.
