A theoretical investigation has b een carried out to study the efiect of strong electrostatic interaction on the dust acoustic sho ck structures in strongly coupled dusty plasma with dust charge uctuations. The uid approach is employed, in which the strong electrostatic interaction is mo deled by efiective electrostatic temp erature. A Burger-like equation, the co e–cients of which are signiflcantly mo difled by efiects of strong coupling and dust charge uctuation, is derived. It is shown that the combined efiects of dust charge uctuation, the ion/electron temp erature, the ion/electron p opulation, and strong coupling efiect mo dify the basic prop erties of the dust acoustic waves in such a strongly coupled dusty plasma. The results of this work are compared with those observed by some lab oratory exp eriments.
