Herein, we have designed a recyclable, reusable and environmentally friendly ureacontaining catalyst which is modified on magnetic nanoparticles surface and can use in the manufacture of valuable chemical compounds. Then, by using this catalyst, a new class of derivatives 1,2,3-triazolyl-pyridine was synthesized in solvent-free conditions. The results showed that this catalyst has a good efficiency in the synthesis of the mentioned compounds due to the dispersion of nanoparticles, and the strong interactions of linker on the nanoparticle surface, as well as the interaction of hydrogen donor species with the compounds present in reactions. Because of having pyridine ring, substitution containing 1,2,3-triazole and as well as -NH 2 and -CN functional groups in position 2 and 3 [1], the synthesized compounds have properties such as antimicrobial, antitumor, anticancer, antifungal, antibacterial, antiinflammatory, alpha reductase inhibitors, LSD1 inhibitors and alpha glycosidase inhibitors. Therefore, they are widely used as a precursor for the preparation of molecules that have various medicinal and biological applications [2].
