Our aim is to introduce quasi-K ̈ahlerian Codazzi manifolds as some natural structures. Supposing a K ̈ahlerian structure on a mani- fold, we investigate its relation with quasi-K ̈ahlerian Codazzi manifolds. Furthermore, it will be proved that under some conditions, the Codazzi and Levi-Civita connections are adapted. Also, quasi-K ̈ahlerian Codazzi manifolds have non-trivial examples shown in this paper.
