Heterocyclic compounds of chromenes are an important group of compounds that from the main component of many natural products and are widely used as cosmetics, pigments and biodegradable agricaultural chemicals, anti-cancer,antioxidant, anti-inflammatory ,antimicrobial, and antiviral,anti. In this study, using aproliferative,antibacterial,antifungal,anticoagulant and anti-HIV activities are used in this research,by using the multicomponent reaction of various aldehydes, malononitil and bethanephtale in the presence of nanocalcium oxid catalyst and under solvent conditions of 70 ° C ethanol, the derivatives new of mono, bis, chromenes were synthesized with good yield(SchemeAand Scheme B). synthesized compounds using infrared spectroscopy, proton Nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry. Also,the structure of Cao catalyst was identified using FE-SEM,Histogram,EDX,and XRD analyses. Short time, high yield and green condition are the advantages of the present method.
