Many final products of refinery including gasoline are produced as a result of different materials blending. To achieve a product with specified quality, several materials blend together. In order to prepare a product via blending of several refinery products, various decisions have to be made. The process of blending of light weight products in Arak refinery is studied in which gasoline is the main product, and it is attempted to blend these materials such that beside having the expected quality, the profit of refinery to be maximized. This model is solved via linear planning technique using Lingo software.
