Abstract

The deuteron-alpha radiative capture reaction is one of the most important and interesting nuclear reactions in the region of astrophysical energies. This reaction is the only process that produces Li. So it is very useful to find the abundance of lithium isotopes such as the rate of . In this work, we investigated the resonance state of the deuteron- radiative capture reaction, using the Effective Field Theory (EFT). The multipolarity contribution is dominant around the peak resonance. The astrophysical S-factor of is calculated in the energy range around = 0.711 MeV. It is found that the radiative capture at energies below the resonance is an extranuclear process and the obtained results are in agreement with the other theoretical works and recent experimental data.
